Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified in such cases.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

International shipping is not available at this time unless explicitly stated.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package weight, and courier partner.

Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged due to our handling and approved for return.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 4–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Order Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation along with tracking details via email or SMS.

Customers are advised to track their shipment regularly using the provided tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Yarnguy is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

Delivery Issues

If a package appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to document the condition (photos/videos) before opening.

Any delivery-related issues must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Delays & Force Majeure

Yarnguy is not liable for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, courier delays, or government restrictions.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
