We do not offer cash or payment refunds — approved returns are resolved only with a replacement of the same product.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following condition:

• The product received is damaged due to our packaging or handling.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Color or texture variation
• Normal wear and tear
• Incorrect address provided by the customer

Return Request Timeframe

Any eligible return request must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Proof of Damage

To process a return request, customers must provide:

• Clear photos or videos showing the damaged product and packaging.
• Order number and registered contact details.

Requests without valid proof may be rejected.

Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for both directions, approximately ₹150.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

Inspection and Approval

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected for verification.

If the damage is confirmed, a replacement will be approved.

If the product does not meet eligibility conditions, the return will be declined and returned to the customer at their expense.

Replacement Policy

We do not offer refunds. Approved returns are resolved only by replacing the product with the same item — no cash or payment refunds are issued under any circumstances.

Replacements are subject to stock availability of the same product and variant.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return policy conditions.
