Order Processing Time

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified in such cases.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time unless explicitly stated.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package weight, and courier partner.

  • Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged due to our handling and approved for return.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery typically takes 4–8 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier service, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Order Dispatch & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation along with tracking details via email or SMS.

  • Customers are advised to track their shipment regularly using the provided tracking information.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Yarnguy is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

Delivery Issues

  • If a package appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to document the condition (photos/videos) before opening.

  • Any delivery-related issues must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Delays & Force Majeure

  • Yarnguy is not liable for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, courier delays, or government restrictions.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy
